Relaxed dining experience in Stockport

“As a family tradition we go out for breakfast on the morning of a holiday. We tried this cafe as the reviews were very positive and my wife had heard about it through a work colleague. The staff were very welcoming. There were a few regulars in who made the place seem very community focussed, more friends than customers. The food was really good freshly prepped after we ordered. When I mentioned where we going on holiday the lady who served us explained she was from that same area originally and advised us of things to look out for. Can't fault it. We will visit again definitely.”

“Second time having Afternoon Tea here and still great. The staff are amazing. They are welcoming, friendly and attentive. The Afternoon Tea for 2 is tasty and fresh. We also ordered scrambled eggs on toast for our 8month old. He enjoyed it, as did I. It's the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Came out hot, too, which was even better. Would 100% recommend without a doubt.”

“Cocktails were 10/10!! It’s hard to make a delicious Pornstar Martini but they so good we went back for seconds!! Lovely atmosphere and our server V was very friendly and made the best cocktails! Cant wait to go back! So good to have a local fab cocktail bar!!”

“Annual Christmas party. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Food was tasty and piping hot considering there was 75 of us to be served simultaneously. Loads of car parking spaces. Good bus routes into Stockport/Manchester”

“Now this place is a real hidden gem! Me and the better half stumbled upon this place after looking for a different food place and I'm so glad we found it! We ordered the steak in a ciabatta with skin on fries. The steak was cooked to perfection along with a good amount of fried onions. The house sauce was amazing too! We highly recommend this place and the owner was so helpful. Get yourself down here at once!”

“Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. “Really nice vegan restaurant. Service was good. Had to flag down waiter to get more drinks and food was a little slow in coming out but possibly that is because we were a larger party (8). The food did come out all tigether so happy with it. Portion sizes were decent for the price. They look small but are incredibly filling. I had the Mezze and Qurma (you do need to order rice as a side). It was very filling. The place is small but I think makes for an excellent atmosphere.”

The chef seems to genuinely care about the food and presentation. so if you've got the time to just sit and relax over great Coffee and superb food you will love it”

“Poynton tea rooms catering did a lovely buffet for my mum’s wake. Everything was taken care of with a fantastic variety of menus to choose from. Everything was well appreciated particularly the chicken skewers, chocolate cake and scones with cream and jam. The vegetarian platters were very well received and appreciated. “Me and my friend love Chinese takeaway and we decided to try that place and honest to god it was so good. We had a create your own noodle box and honestly didn’t disappoint. My friend was so shocked and now every time I see her we always go there to eat. The service is amazing! You can watch them make the food and the drinks there are very cheap. Whenever I eat there I always walk out looking very happy. Best noodle & sushi place ever! If you’re a sushi or ramen/ noodle lover I would definitely recommend going there.
