“I rang Steve when my daughter had hair extensions elsewhere and hadn’t continued with the proper aftercare. Her hair was extremely matted at the top of the extensions as she hadn’t brushed it and then the extensions had become matted together and she couldn’t style her hair. She was in tears - I called Steve and he got us in straight away - he sat and talked to us in detail about how to take them out and then spent his own time to sit and take them out, then made sure to go through every strand of hair making sure every bit of the matted hair was clear. He was so helpful and my daughter was so grateful. We are booked on to have them redone with Steve as he was very knowledgeable.”

Oh, Sorry, Yes within the shop there is a young man whom also runs his business from Chrome he also is excellent within his field of work, his quality of work is a 100% and such a Lovely person. I now go every 4/6 weeks,I have got so much faith in the ladies and gentlemen ,this was the reason i now go. They always make your visit feel welcome, and you get that good feeling when you come away.
