“Air athletics are an incredible cheer and dance group who make the training sessions fun and engaging for the athletes. My daughter loves training with them and has grown in confidence since starting Cheer. The coaches at Air Athletics are very talented and really care about the athletes. “I went to see Daniel about lower back pain issues I had. Daniel was extremely thorough and professional in first understanding where the pain was and identifying the likely root cause/s of it and then administering suitable treatment to the right parts of the body to alleviate the pain. He also provided me with some simple exercise routines so I can do them regularly at home and free up muscle stiffness and build strength to prevent the pain issues returning. I feel so much better now and would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who like me has struggled to find a solution. Dave G”

Not to mention our doggo was in desperate need of a really good cut and tidy up.
