“After being diagnosed with Bells Palsy, a condition where half of the face loses complete functionality I contacted Dr Bian and was told I would need around 10 sessions of accupuncture to cure the condition. GP told me 2-6 months recovery, but after 5 sessions in 2 weeks I was well on the mend. I am continuing with my treatment and feel better after every session. Dr Bian makes you feel really relaxed and is very considerate as to how you are feeling at every stage of the acupuncture process. Highly recommend this place.”

Shortly after I had my eye sight tested by a nice man. I was then called in by Josh for scans, who again was very friendly and welcoming. After a few more minutes I was seen by the consultant, Mr. Grassi. He was very professional and polite. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant thank you.”

Children are here to be brought back to health..so what if you have to wait 4 hours in a&e or have to wait 20 minutes to be buzzed into the unit. Your priority should be your child. How can anyone complain that the adults don't get fed? This is not a hotel!! How can anyone complain that the staff are lazy when they work 14 hour shifts?(Maybe that person should get a job!!!). Oldham NHS staff we will be forever grateful for the care of our son and all the other children in Oldham that you have cared for. Luckily you are all well educated enough to not take the bad reviews personally. Keep being amazing xx”

“I was very doubtful when I first started my high intensity therapy due to having past bad experiences. My therapist Abida has been absolutely amazing and listened to me and what I want and do not want in relation to wording of things. This was from the very start so this enabled us to begin this journey with knowing what to expect from each other. I am not going to lie and say it was plain sailing because it was far from it reliving and revealing hidden memories but with the help of Abida and her compassion and empathy I am now in a much better place and have the tools to be able to keep going in my therapeutic journey. Never once did I feel judged or patronised whilst in my sessions like before. Abida has been my absolute rock throughout this painful and traumatic experience and I am so so appreciative of the help, support and guidance that I have received. I understand not all therapists are the same but set boundaries and ground rules for you both at the beginning and please listen to your therapist they know what they are doing, and as tough as it gets please do NOT give up it's worth it in the end I promise. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable.
