“Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. The lady replied. “Irene”. I thanked her greatly for how warm and inviting she was towards me. I would like to thank you once again. Irene, you was a Rae of sunshine towards my baby and I. It was a pleasure to meet you and what a lovely lady you are! Georgia Hartley.”

“Outstanding airport transfer service! I first discovered them on an airport transfer website in 2022 when I needed to fly out on Boxing Day, and I’ve relied on them ever since. Living in a village in North Wales, I always contact them whenever I need to get to Manchester Airport. The vehicles are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with air-conditioning, and the drivers are always happy to adjust the temperature to suit your preference. Thoughtful touches like bottled water make the journey even more comfortable. The drivers are consistently punctual, ensuring we reach our destination on time, and even when my return flights are delayed, they’re always there waiting to take me home. Polite, professional, and highly responsive. An excellent service I can always count on!”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“Linda has recently started walking Alfie for us whilst we are at work and I cannot fault the service at all. Linda is lovely and you can clearly see she loves working with dogs. We get regular updates and pictures of Alfie and know he is in good hands. We've come home to a clean, settled and sleepy pooch. Would highly recommend Linda to anyone needing a dog walker/sitter. “I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”
