“Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. “Been to Molly for training and back again to Dana for lip blush, due to go again for more training this weekend and I can honestly say I’m extremely excited to go back. The staff are so friendly, Molly is a fountain of knowledge and explains everything thoroughly to make sure if your training with her you come away feeling confident with what you’ve learned and if your getting a treatment that you understand the whole process. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️”

“I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”

My daughter gets her waxing and treading done and I get my eyebrows threaded by Chandrika. She takes her time when doing the treatments and makes sure that you the customer is happy with the results. “I’ve been to Sara twice now, first time for 1ml lips back in 2019 and the second time for a 5ml package of lips, chin, jaw and cheeks in 2021. The whole time during each treatment Sara made sure I was comfortable and considering I was quite nervous the first time she kept me calm by keeping me up to date with every little thing she was doing. “Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”

“Great experience! Toaday was Our first time at Redds hair and beauty for myself (46)and my daughter (18). We both had a cut and blow dry, restyle. We are so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning. Deborah explained everything she was doing and the reasons she was cutting in a particular way to create the desired look. This is the first time in along time I have felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience of having my hair cut. We were made to feel extremely welcome by all staff members and they give the salon a very friendly relaxed feel. I cannot recommend this salon enough.”
