He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout. “All I've been reading are a lot of bad comments and a fair few good ones. Yes delivery wasn't between 3-5 working days as stated because when you purchase something they have to do a background check then need your ID to prove your age. But once that's completed and you give them what they need then it will get sorted and delivered straight away. And for the messages, sometimes a day or two to respond but they don't have 8 arms. I'm happy with my purchase and will defo be buying again. Thank you :)”
