I have not found anyone else in Manchester that takes so much care and pays attention to every detail like Moona. When you go to a salon or clinic they always seem to rush you but she works from home so it's a more personal experience everytime! All my friends and family love her too. From the moment we arrived, the music was turned down without asking (most places don't even ask, and when you do, businesses can be a bit off about the request.) Tyler was so understanding about J's needs, he even pointed out to me how he would not like a total restyle as it may be too much change. Such care was taken to make sure that J felt ok during his experience and wow he looked so smart! On leaving J said to me "I feel great and I don't have to worry about going to a barber's every again, especially that one!" High praise indeed! Many thanks to Tyler and the whole team.”
