“Honest people and very friendly. I ordered a white ottoman gloss bed and a 250cm wardrobe and it was all so reasonably priced and fixed by them. Shabir and Sajid are kind humans and very honest. They rest assured me that if there are any problems they are a call away. They even helped me try to fix a dining table which I had lost the screws to through moving even thought it was not purchased in their shop. I will be buying all my furniture from here and I highly recommend them if you want good quality, great service, and above all a good price.”

“We have stayed at the hotel quite a number of times over the years and cannot praise it enough. From the moment of stepping through the doors and into the reception area, you are made to feel so welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and the high end finish for a standard room was exceptional. We loved it! The food was excellent, too! As for the staff, well, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel! Special mention needs to be given to Billy behind the bar for his help, patience and guidance with 'something technical' that left me able to use a new mobile phone purchased from the Tesco store next door! So, location wise the hotel is ideally situated and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants!”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. “I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”
