“Very great experience. Alexandra park is very family friendly and the air is also very clean. There are hiking paths. Car park. A cafe for quick bites with lots of attractions for both adults and kids.”

“A great location with ample parking available - there are also bus routes nearby. Bright and clean, along with good access for all having a lift available. A view of the Oldham Athletic pitch thrown in! I have attended a number of events here, and can recommend the centre for both social and business functions. Catering has always been very good, with friendly and efficient staff.”

“I recently stayed at Premier Inn and had a fantastic experience, made even better by one of the staff members, Mia. From the moment I arrived, Mia stood out with her warm and friendly approach. She was incredibly kind, polite, and always went out of her way to help — nothing was ever too much trouble. “On the way home did a late stop just before closing time.. They didn't hesitate to serve, very friendly staff and helped with the options. Genuinely the food was amazing just the way we wanted it. The flavor was on point and not over powering. The curry complemented the rest of the food, more than enough for 2 people. I will be trying this again. The place has been kept clean?, tables clean and open space. Family friendly environment.”

“Best place in Oldham to shop for South Asian products. They have got almost everything you need for cooking. They sell spices, rice, fresh vegetables and fruits. There's a halal butcher on site.”

“We loved Pots & Pans pizzas when they first opened in lockdown and was sorry to see it close, so when we saw that it had reopened we couldn’t wait to try it but was a bit worried that it might not be the same as we remembered. Well we needn’t have worried as it was every bit as good as we remembered. We will most definitely be back.”

“Beautiful scenery, there were a little rocky/sandy beach too. Lovely day out. We walked about 5 miles. It has ups and downs, so the surface is not flat which we liked. There was a pay and display carpark but the security didn't let us in as it was full. We parked up the road. Free of charge. Went in beginning of August.”

“Country park in Royton with toilets, picnic areas, playground and cafe (only open weekends which is a shame) There's a largish car park but also parking on the approach road (if there's space).Lots of routes that are colour coded. Some are quite steep but if you have the strength to push a pram/wheelchair uphill the trails are wide and in good condition - mainly tarmac or hardcore. There are plenty of narrower trails off these for the more adventurous.”

“The food was beautiful! Really really good. We sat downstairs as there were lots of tables reserved (I'd recommend booking a table if you can) especially if you are visiting on a weekend. The food was really delicious. Dog friendly as well which is a bonus and we even got a sausage for our doggo! Highly recommend!!”

“I don't know why they don't have enough reviews online but the food they make is really good. I was working at a place nearby this, I forgot to bring my lunch that day and looked for something nearby me. I ordered masuma mega mix and believe me it literally had truck loads of meat on a really big naan. Portion size was massive and it's so tough to just eat it all by yourself. The staff is quite generous and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some great food nearby.”

“Visited this place as the reviews on Google looked amazing. We arrived for brunch and we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff. The place was about 10% full, which was great for us! This place has a good selection of breakfast/brunch options, as well as many savoury, desserts, ice cream flavours and hot/cold drink options. I eat vegetarian, vegan and halal food. this place is 100% halal. We got the Berries, Pancake Stack, Turmeric Latte, Brioche French Toast and an Iced Latte. We did have to wait long for our order, however it was well worth it. The berries pancake stack that I had Was deliciously light and airy. I could tell it was made fresh. The menu did not mention the addition of chocolate sauce on the pancakes, however I wasn’t fussed about this. It was actually a nice addition to the dish. The turmeric latte was also tasty, and made me feel nice and warm. As turmeric does not properly mix properly with liquid, there was some turmeric left at the bottom of the mug, however I didn’t mind this. Overall, we had a very positive experience at this place and I highly recommend it to friends, couples and families!”

“One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant is quirky and modern with great ambiance. Our 2 waitresses were fantastic; friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Then there was the food.... hard to put into words how good it was. Every course was a piece of art and the tastes blew me away. “Perfect local pub. Family friendly, great atmosphere, warm welcome and so, so friendly. Great range of beers and spirits and an unrivalled juke box. Large room for functions with djaying facilities and in the summer there are plenty of tables outside with beautiful views over the green and beyond, all the way to Winter Hill in Horwich. Thank you for making us feel at home. Lots of laughs and a great day/night. Stayed far too long! Will definitely return again and again and again! :-)”
