“Hannah did a brilliant job of my nails and was pleasant to talk to. She was running 20mins late (I booked on a Sat at 1.15pm) but apologised & did a really good job, with great nail prep & finishing touches. I look forward to our next appointment/ thanks so much Hannah! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We have been through MANY groomers over 6 years, trying to find the best place & we have finally found it!!! Sidney & sapphire are fantastic!! My pooch loves going for his spa treatments!!! Great friendly service. Will not take my boy anywhere else ❤️”
“Been coming here for about a year now with my three kids. The staff are brilliant - they’re patient with the children and really take their time to get the fit right. Never had issues with shoes being too tight or too loose afterwards. Makes shoe shopping so much easier as a parent. Would definitely recommend.”
“I’m very pleased we choose to go with Ryder and Dutton. They were professional , from the initial phone call to putting the house on the market, to the listing and the social media reach R+D has . The viewings were very organised and the feedback given promptly .Adam conducted the negotiations impeccably and was very pleased with how he dealt with everything.Thankyou”
“Very prompt delivery and good that you can ring and speak to someone in person about advice about an item x”
“Amazing range of all kinds of cakes, brownies and blondies that taste superb. Great range of drinks as well, including a while variety of milkshakes. Well presented and lovely outdoor seating options.”
“Great experience having my sons 1st haircut. Very good Covid protection in place including full clean down between customers, making it feel very safe. Friendly staff, good with children and a skilled barber.”
“Beautiful. Located in the quaint town of Uppermill, this chic cafe bar is a faithful spinoff of one of Uppermill’s best cafes, Caffe Grande Abaco. This cafe bar has a nice rustic and authentic atmosphere, like a traditional cafe bar you may find in Italy. Also, the staff are really friendly (10/10), especially Nigel (the owner), who was great to me. Plus, I went to Caffe Grande Abaco for 10 years, and it was quite emotional to meet Nigel, as I was always asking the staff at Caffe Grande Abaco, “Is the owner in?”. Now, back to Veloce! The cafe offers a variety of drinks, handpicked from CGA (at this point, I’m going to shorten it - Caffe Grande Abaco). So, you can have a nice latte or a cosy hot chocolate while you chill and warm up here. Surprisingly, it is also a deli, since they have charcuterie meats and cheeses, condiments, authentic Mediterranean pastries and biscuits, and even freshly baked bread (so authentic!). I tried Rogers Pistachio Cruffin (mix between a croissant and a muffin) which was crispy and flaky on the outside, but fluffy and indulgent on the inside, and the silky pistachio cream made it even better. Perfect for breakfast! They also do sandwiches here, with fresh sourdough and scrumptious meats and cheeses and even flaky sausage rolls. What I really want to mention, however, is the fact that they are supporting local businesses. Most things here (the pastries, products and even honey) are made by small businesses in towns near Uppermill, which is really nice as Veloce is helping out those businesses. Overall, this place is a must if you are looking for a proper Italian cafe bar, and some delicious food. It is also perfect if you want to buy some charcuterie meats and cheeses, as they have a wide variety of them. Only complaint is, Veloce really needs to bring in some Arancini, as I don’t see much Arancini in Saddleworth, and I’m very sad about that. “Visited today, with my friend and my toddler. They didn’t have many options for kids but that’s fine as my son was more interested in a sausage roll from the bakery. The food me and my friend had though was absolutely delicious, really well made. The coffee was really good quality too, a really well made cup of coffee not burnt or too hot.”
“We recently visited this sushi restaurant and were delighted by the delectable food. The flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was visually stunning. The entire dining experience was exceptional, making it a must-visit spot for sushi lovers.”
“My wife and I came for lunch, having previously visited for drinks a few weeks ago. We are trying all the local eateries as we will shortly be moving here. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and it all seemed very well organised. The food was excellent and we both really enjoyed the Sunday Dinner menu which was available on bank holiday Monday. Decor is really nice and the pub has a welcoming feel. Nice to see dogs are welcomed in the bar and garden areas. Will most definately be returning”
“I went with my mum a few weeks ago and it was our first time going since it changed from Kitty's. While I noticed some things were different the important stuff was the same. The food was great, the service was lovely, and in typical fashion we were so full we needed to take the rest home! The cakes are, as always, incredible and you can tell a lot of effort went into them!”
“Amazing place! Such great food, staff and cocktails are to die for!! Especially the rum punch! Would highly recommend!!”
“This place is amazing. Atmosphere is cultured and the outside area is the best in the summer, but also fantastic in the colder months. We ordered the Grande Plater but unfortunately it arrived with no sardines or cheese…”
“Another little museum. I always think these places are worthy of support to keep the history alive.”
“As someone who finds themselves in Uppermill pharmacy rather frequently, could not ask for a better pharmacist than Jack! He always helps in anyway possible to ensure I get my prescriptions and offers advice whenever needed.”
“Lovely food and friendly staff. Was very, very busy. Highly recommend that you book a table before going, so glad we did.”

“Debbie was extremely patient and helpful in a crisis.”
“A nice atmosphere and plenty of seating to choose from for a few drinks.”
“Lovely independent boutique and friendly service. Great products and accessories. Bought a long gold necklace for the Christmas season. Very reasonable prices.”
“Great help from Louise looking at options for booking a holiday, highly recommend using her and the branch.”
“We had a great experience with the customer service when we placed our Christmas order from the United States for delivery to our family friends in Greenfield, not once but twice! Our friends were really happy with the order's accuracy, the friendly delivery person, and the quality of the arrangement. It's always great to have a reliable and trustworthy service for long-distance needs!”
