“Had an amazing time at Hawksmoor Manchester. The team’s hospitality was spot-on — friendly, genuine, and made us feel really well looked after. Started the evening with a few cocktails at the bar, which were fantastic. The steak was the real highlight — perfectly cooked medium rare, juicy, and full of flavour. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long while, and I’ve been to quite a few steakhouses! Lovely ambience too — perfect for a relaxed date night.”

“Love this pub inside and out. It’s got so much history and charm. The building used to be the Manchester & Salford Children’s Mission back in Victorian times, where they ran a kitchen for kids and the homeless. Now it’s this brilliant underground pub, and you can still see the old glazed brick walls when you head downstairs, which just adds to the atmosphere. I’d love to see more of that story told inside. There are a few old photos up, but no info with them... a bit of context would make it even better. Doesn’t put me off going though, it’s still one of my favourite spots in Manchester.”

“Wow! We travelled from Shropshire to meet some friends before heading to the Co-Op for a concert, and we were absolutely blown away. We enjoyed the Fiorentina pizza, spaghetti carbonara, ragu, garlic bread, and fries. To drink, we had a Mimosa and a Daiquiri, followed by a limoncello gelato for dessert, every dish was insanely good! The food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and served incredibly quickly. The service was exceptionally efficient, and the team were so friendly and helpful. The surroundings are warm, cosy, and tastefully decorated, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We cannot wait to return.”

“This is an absolute treat! Instead of being in France due to industrial action, we sought to bring France to us and so glad we did. The food was high quality and in comfortable surroundings. Steak tartare as good as I have ever had (minus the egg yolk, because this in Britain!). A touch on the pricey side, but in this particular case, you do get what you pay for. Very good”

“One of the best pubs in Manchester! Has a wide variety of beers and ciders to choose from, the staff are incredibly friendly, the interior is very cosy and beautiful and it also has a cute little beer garden for the sunny days as well as an upstairs floor is usually hosting some kind of event! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back! 10/10”

“We had the 5 course tasting menu and as soon as we had the first course, instantly regretted not having the 12 course. Everything we ate was absolutely fantastic, we luckily sat at a table right next to the kitchen and was incredible to see the chefs at work. We were even given a complimentary dessert course which was a lovely touch. We felt so cared for by the staff, they were amazing at every point. Leo was here again and was also lovely. All the staff here always are. The food has always been delicious too and was again. I highly recommend it.”

“Went for Bottomless Brunch at 2pm on a Friday and the food and service by Georgia was excellent! Friendly and attentive and very happy to serve our table. Gave atmosphere 4 as it was quiet when we went and I must admit I did think it would be busy so can’t really say there was a ‘atmosphere’ but overall it being quiet didn’t spoil our time there.”

“Traditional pub in Salford. 10 mins walk from Old Trafford. A United pub but not overly so. Good place to watch football in general but they have Liverpool on a little too often. Good quality food and crazy value if you get the right deal. Staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Kieran.”

“First time today, the food was amazing!!! Loved the option for a two/three course meal at around £23. The Sunday roast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was seasoned!! And tasted so good and the portion size was perfect. The cookie desert was so tasty! Again the flavours were amazing. Defo coming back again.”

“Had a lovely family meal here, and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Management here is clearly exceptional, as the service was very quick and everyone was very polite and helpful. A special mention to Rob who went above and beyond for my family, making sure all the food and drinks were ok (I can confirm they were delicious).
