Dr Arvinte is the most thorough and amazing doctor I have ever met. She's helped me much with my ongoing medical issues. She listens, she is caring and knows her stuff! βLeave the staff alone, you standing there yelling at them is just going to make the problem worse. 2 poor girls were yelled at by a woman who had hardly been waiting 10 minutes for a huge prescription, I only know this because the girls tried to explain to her it was a prescription with 2 months of medication on it. She claimed to be deaf and that's why she was yelling but she evidently wasn't as she started speaking calmly when she got what she wanted. They're in a tough position obviously but still come in every day. Maybe more needs to be done higher up to actually help themβ
