I initially booked an appointment because her location was much more convenient compared to my previous groomer. However, after our first session, it became clear that Michelle is not just a talented groomer but also a genuinely wonderful person. I have a lively Weimaraner puppy named Winston, who can be a handful at times (he's a just a big, goofy, ball of fun), but he absolutely loved the experience with Michelle. She took the time to get to know Winston, which made a huge difference. Throughout the session, Michelle kept me informed about everything she was doing, and I felt completely at ease leaving my pup in her care. Since then, Michelle has gone above and beyond by helping me find professional dog-sitting services for Winston when I’m away. Her dedication and thoughtfulness truly set her apart. As for the grooming itself, I couldn’t have been happier. Winston looked fantastic, smelled amazing, and seemed just as happy with the experience as I was. We’re both big fans of Michelle and are already looking forward to all our future grooming sessions with her.”

“I’ve been going to Heather and Stuart, Corby Dog Groomers, for fifteen years or more with my dogs. They are extremely knowledgeable about dogs and how to groom each individual breed. As a result my Springer and more recently Cocker Spaniels have always come back groomed as one would expect them to be. I have recommended them to many of my friends who have dogs, most of them now use Corby Dog Groomers and several had been using them for as long if not longer than me. That in its self is an outstanding recommendation as to the quality, consistency and professionalism of those at Corby Dog Groomers. Also they are lovely people.”

Pleasantly surprised that in this day of fast food, fast shopping and online frivolities that a place can exist that takes you back to a slower, more personal time and pace that resembles a bye gone era and one which i wholeheartedly appreciated. From the welcome coffee, genuine smiles and friendly, laid back atmosphere, the hour and a quarter i spent at Jeeves was simply sublime. Not to mention the hot towel shave, the beard trim and hair (not really much left) cut. The whole experience left me wanting to visit every day as a morning ritual... “It was our first time visiting Nora Bones but we were very happy with Joanne and the care she gave to our two dogs. Our puppy was having her first puppy groom and our other dog needed her claws clipping. Both were anxious in a new environment but Jo was calm and relaxed. I am unable to fault them and took 2 years of trial and error with previous groomers (AND bad experiences previously) to stumble upon this lovely duo! Absolutely friendly, professional and polite. My dog also gets treated like royalty and with the upmost care. Recently he ruptured his CCL (awaiting surgery) and I advised them of this, they fitted him into their schedule for 1 to 1 grooming so as to keep minimal stress on his injured leg. This was the most special act they could’ve given me during this stressful period of time with my boy given his circumstances and they worked around it without judgement and hesitation, truly encapsulating his needs and medical condition. My dog Lola used to get anxiety when she would get groomed but ever since she goes to Bowwow she is always calm and happy. The staff are lovely and Lola always comes back tidy and cute. I highly recommend. The 3 for £10 doggy spa treatments are great and Lola loves the paw sanni and blueberry facial treatment :)”

“I took my dog jäger to be groomed I was apprehensive as he is a large dog and didn’t know how he would react I couldn’t of been more surprised as when I sneaked a look around the corner he was enjoying the experience and came out like a new dog smelling and looking a lot better than I left him the staff were lovely and polite I will def be taking him back again. Second visit and I’m going to make it regular now every 3 months as they once again done a fantastic job he is a big powerful dog but he behaved and come out smelling and looking fantastic I can’t thank them enough.”

“The best grooming shop I have ever visited, staff were kind, caring very helpful and supportive. My dog is very big and hates getting groomed after being refused from almost every grooming shop I was left feeling very frustrated an was advised to get the vet to sedate her to clip her very over grown and sore nails. I finally found snuggles and they were willing to help I traveled from Northampton to Milton Keynes … when I say they went above and beyond to help my dog I feel this would be an understatement!!!! Absolutely fabulous job in taking care of us and we have booked again. I’m so grateful I would highly recommend ❤️ many thanks to the team”

“Having had a couple of disastrous visits to a turkish barbers in the area I was giving up hope of ever finding a decent haircut in my new town Wellingborough but luckily my brother had been singing the praises of becks at the groom room so I gave it a try. Becks looked at my current haircut, suggested some improvements which I took on board and went to work ... and I wasn't disappointed. It's probably the best haircut I've had in a longtime (my girlfriend certainly thinks so) and not only that but the price was amazing (just over a tenner? I'd pay double if not more back in london). Happy to recommend to all.”

“Robyn's a 1-2-1 groomer which was highest on my priority list. Having seen and experienced other groomers leaving dogs in crates in separate rooms or outdoor kennels before and after grooms, I never wanted to experience hearing my girl cry in a back crate again. Robyn will let you know the groom is nearly finished so pickups are swift. The grooms are also thorough and impeccable. Freya's had two grooms and I haven't been disappointed, while previous groomers have left knots and burrs deep in her coat while reporting she was an easy groom. I also love the booking system through the app. Others may prefer phone calls, but knowing I can request a groom at any time of day, and not interrupt any current grooms, is just an extra convenience I haven't experienced before. 10/10.”

“I have been using well kept dogs for years to Groom my Cocker Spaniel. Martie is the best groomer by far. My dog always comes back looking and smelling amazing! I had used other groomers before and the cut was always poor with clipper marks. Marties attention to detail makes sure this never happens! Would highly recommend!”

“Dudley had his first cut with Gracey today and I have to say, to start off, the most relaxing drop off for a grooming session ever, same for the pick up. Dudley was clearly taken care of well as he was please to see me me but also in god spirits when I picked him up. His cut is perfect, just what I was looking for. Grace was very accommodating and asked enough questions to get it how we wanted it. Would defo recommend and have already booked Dudley's next appointment.”
