“I had 5 sessions with Fred for upper back pain when training and right from the first session I noticed improvements with the mobility work and drills he gave me talking me through them all clearly so I understood the purpose of them. The sessions felt incredibly productive with him listening to where any pain was and right away knowing movements to add into my warmups to fix it and with each 30 minute session I felt so much more confident going into my upper body days and now being able to train pain free.”

“After being let down, Progress Motors came to my rescue. Although extremely busy and under staffed, they shoe-horned me in to sort my MOT out. Fantastic customer care, communication, advice, and more. Everyone I saw in that company were so kind, a fading quality with some companies nowadays.”

“Molly Ann’s attention to my daughter’s riding lessons is exceptional. Molly has one of the best attitudes to gauge my daughter’s experience and to teach/coach her to the next level. We have seen a significant improvement in my daughter’s riding skills since Molly-Ann has been teaching her. The booking process is easy, the staff are very professional and welcoming and nothing too much for them. We are very regular at MA because we see the results very clearly and my daughter’s riding skills is always excited to attend. The ponies and horses are very well behaved too. Keep up the great work MA. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to ride.”

“Warm, friendly welcome from the staff. They greeted me and my dog with respect and courtesy. My dog felt right at home from the moment she walked in. When I returned an hour later, my dog was as happy as Larry just playing with a squeaky ball she must have found in the toy box provided. They did an amazing job with her bath, brush and blow dry and even managed to clip her nails too, which can be some task! She looked and smelt amazing... My first time here, but certainly won't be my last!”

“My wife Jane had a cut colour today and said its the best cut and colour she has ever had. All done by Sarah. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I had a great time at Sywell in the capable hands of Neil. After his very good welcome he asked me what I wanted to do. I managed to land 3 times without crashing with my instructor helping out. It was a truly memorable experience which I would like to do again sometime, probably in the Vulcan. I can now appreciate what happens " up front"”
