“Was travelling to East Midlands airport when we were notified we’d a brake light out so looked up Halfords near us, it was almost closing time so rang to ask if they were still available to help us out. They said if we were quick lol and what service we got, they were amazing kind and considerate even though one of the guys scratched his hands trying to get out the bulb. Bloody Renaults lol your staff are a credit to Halfords. Thank you for getting us to lanzarote safely.”

They kept me updated throughout.
