“Absolutely fantastic! I placed an order at the start of the week with my buisness logo which Neil helped me design and create. By the end of the week my order was ready with my logo embroidered on all of the items (which was a big order). The quality of the of the workwear is second to none, strong, tough, comfy and very smart. The embroidery is exceptional, clear to read and again to the highest standard possible. “I have been so impressed with the customer service by Alison - and her colleague Gayle. I purchased some bee design cushions and wanted six more. Alison went above and beyond to get them in store for me! They even recognised me as I was walking across the car park some time later - to update me on progress! Followed by a telephone call when they arrived. When I explained that I was going away for a fortnight - Gayle was very helpful stating that they would put my name on them ready for my return - and wished me a lovely trip. “I rang Pavers to check they had the shoe in the size I wanted which they did and said they could save for me. Being temporarily disabled I was unable to get into the store, the lift was not working and there are 9 steps up inside to get to the 'ground' floor. The assistant Clare I had spoken to on the phone, came down to the car with the shoes and another pair but she said she had more than she thought were more suitable, and they were! I also bought slippers, Clare went far above the normal level of service expected and I was very happy with my purchases. I have bought from them on several previous occasions and always been very satisfied. Please get the lift mended! September 2024.”
