“I wanted a live edge slab for a coffee table I'm making. I searched around and contacted a few companies. Chris at the Sheffield Timber Company got back to me very quickly and was very knowledgeable. I went down a couple of days later, the slabs we had discussed were ready to look at and he also showed me around the other stock and we had a good chat about timber, work and projects. The piece I chose needed cutting down which was done straight away and the price was very reasonable, it's spot on for what I need. I will definitely be going again.”

“My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me. They replaced the broken part for me and within 30 mins my front door was working perfectly again. Amazing service and I totally reccomend them and will use them again. Very happy. :)”

“Fast service, all the staff are very kind and listen to what you ask for and try their best to accommodate you. They provide water or a hot drink if you would like one, and they are happy to help with whatever you need, e.g. provide a phone charger. My nails were done really well, i asked if they could do something similar to a reference photo i had and they did it perfectly, costing £45. I will definitely come back when I need infills doing!”

“5 Stars Customer Service from Bogdan at Decathlon Sheffield! Bogdan went Above & Beyond to help me. Incredible CX for me and such patience and kindness. If and when I pass by Sheffield which is 120 miles away from me. I will definitely come to say thank you again this time in person. I had been looking for these specific shorts in France, online and in the UK. They were very popular and running out of stock. In fact the last pair of my size was with Bogdan at the Sheffield store. I could not drive 120 miles and back to get them but Bogdan was able to get them transferred to a Decathlon near me and I was able to pick them up. I am truly delighted and very thankful for Bogdan’s kindness and help. By the way the shorts are a great fit and of strong quality. But beyond the product it really was Bogdan that made all the difference for me! Thank you again!”

“Went to Bensons to look for a new bed and would have bought our usual firm mattress. However we had a sleep assessment which we had never had before and discovered that we actually need a medium. The sales lady was so helpful and showed us lots of options and gave us time to look around and make our decision. “Passed by here on the way home to nottingham i had the meat and potatoe pie with roast potatoes.my partner had giant yourshire pudding with beef and roast potatoes.the food was lovely good honest homemade food and good portion size. they do a wide range of food all looks great as do the cakes. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. to all who live close by to lindas store you are very lucky. Next time im anywhere near this shop i will be going back.”

“My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and a bra fitting would usually be very stressful. I can't recommend this place enough, they are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. We got a lot of advice when choosing items but they weren't pushy at all. They promote body positivity and the whole experience was just brilliant, my daughter felt very relaxed and is happy to go back anytime. Items are very reasonably priced and in line with many high street stores and brands. I can't recommend enough!!”
