They were very welcoming and explained exactly what they were going to do and their knowledge on the specific breed was amazing. They didn’t over cut or trim and kept her looking like herself but without any knots or matts! We were thrilled with how settled she was and how comfortable she was in the environment. Highly recommend for any dogs/owners slightly nervous about grooming. 10/10 service!”

Toni used to pick her up & bring her home. Maud used to love going & Toni was so careful & loving towards her. I could not have asked for a better groomer for My Maud. I sadly lost Maud last August. I now have a Shichon who gees every 8wks. Again I couldn't ask for better groomers. Donna the owner does her most of the time & Mable loves the attention. I think the Ryde & Newport shops are the elite of all the groomers on the Island. I wouldn't dream of going any where else. All the staff are very friendly & caring for all the animals. Would highly recommended.”
