“Sarah created a casket spray for me. Without visual references she manged to interpret my telephoned attempt at a description to produce exactly what I’d wanted. I was very happy and relieved by the result, many people said how beautiful it was, and how fitting. Sarah has an artist’s eye for colour (not all florists do, sadly). I’d wanted something fresh and natural, not like the plastic looking displays of well-preserved flowers flown in from other countries. One advantage of buying fresh and local was that they smelled amazing, and after the service they filled the house with scent. The picture doesn’t give them full justice as it was taken some time afterwards when they were on a coffee table, after an extremely hot day. They were good value for money too so I highly recommend Sarah’s flowers – she didn’t request this review and I don’t otherwise know her.”

She was also both competitive on pricing with the other options we looked at and accommodating to our international time zone. The bouquets added heaps of colour to our summer wedding and managed to survive through the hottest day of the year. The whole package was gorgeous, yet some flowers managed to stand out including a home grown daliah! We dried a selection of flowers and had a hard time not keeping them all. “After having my original florist cancel on me last minute, I contacted Sally who stepped up and said she was available to do my bouquets and button holes for our wedding day. I had 4 bridesmaids, 1 bride and 8 buttonholes. We had a zoom call a month before the wedding where Sally asked me what I was after and looking for. I sent over some ideas. She explained that some of the flowers may not be in season and I was happy to go with her advice on what we could have. Sally was professional, polite and you can tell she really cares about the work that she does. I was so excited to be working with her. She arrived on the day with the beautiful bouquets, they were everything and more on what I was expecting. The attention to detail, the way they were delivered, the bouquets were absolutely stunning and I am now having my bouquet and husbands buttonhole preserved as they were too good to just have for the day.
