She explained the process to me, talked me through the piercing, aftercare, and made sure the piercing was perfect before I left. I really appreciated how she changed the piercing for me to accommodate for my lip swelling (swelled up a lot more than we expected). Genuinely just such a lovely, bubbly, funny person.
