Spoke to Ellie who was very efficient and friendly and gave me price options on different brands... Kept them on reserve for me to collect later that day. Upon arriving at the store the lad on the counter was serving a gent who ordered parts but made a mistake with his order and changed his mind again which took a while to sort... “Was going on a weekend break with the family to Hoyland, drove 100 miles and on arrival noticed my car was making a crackling noise as something was loose. I couldn’t drive the car anywhere. Rang all local garage shops and none took me in. Until S74 said “yeah, just bring it in as slow as you can”. When i got there, they quickly took my car, investigated the issue and removed what was a loose dust shield. When asked how much i owed them they said not to worry about it, it was “nothing”. For me, it was a lot, after driving 100 miles and ready to start your holiday, the last thing you want is car issues.
