“I have recently completed a short course at Chesterfield college (3 months intense). It is an evening course so I’m-not always able to attend the library however, the small number of times I’ve needed to. The staff have been superb & supportive. They definitely added to my learning experience. I attended college over 18 years ago prior to this & I can attest that whatever changes have been made, are working! I was able to borrow the books I needed, when renewal time approached I received a gentle reminder via teams & was able to extend twice with no problem whatsoever by Marinka. There is also a lady with blonde hair (never got her name sorry) very warm & friendly. Explains everything, even how to obtain your printing. I have never left a review for a library before so this is proof of what a pleasant experience I have had. I recommend them & all the staff working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it what it is today.”

Both my wife and I found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable with respect to the area as well as photographing the locations. Although we were not able to go to our preferred waterfall location or the moor when the heather was at its best, due to re-scheduling for COVID, we still took some wonderful photos. We are already talking about when we go on another course!”
