“Really good all round. I drove so not sure about public transport getting there but it's definitely more leaning with access via country lanes but it's immediate location is near residential homes. No lifts but wheelchair access. Very clean, friendly, quiet and nice modern decor. No fridge but room has iron board, iron, tea and coffee etc facilities and TV. Hangers but not like ones at home. Very warm and bright room.”

“Amazing team working together to support new students. Well regarded university. UofL turned down the offer of joining Russell Group in 1994. Russell Group - a tiny group that few universities joined doesn't make them better universities. It's the care and support that university provides their students that makes them a better university. The facilities and the communication that makes them a better university. Which this university ranks at the top in, but NOT those in Russell Group. They are just a show off without much student support. Stop being fooled into that union. Pick a uni that will take you a long way. Would recommend this one.”

“Moat is a good school, the staff work very hard to help every child reach their best potential. Looking back, sometimes it seemed like the rules were petty and the punishments heavy handed, but maybe kids need that. It did no harm. “Visited the botanical gardens in spring and had a lovely experience. While there weren’t a huge number of flowers in bloom just yet, the gardens were beautifully laid out and thoughtfully maintained. The blossom trees and bluebells added a nice seasonal touch, and the pond with koi fish was a peaceful highlight. A tranquil spot to enjoy nature, even in the earlier part of the season.”
