I think Diane excels at design and she had useful suggestions such as a charging drawer and other things that I didn’t even know were available. She offers an inclusive service so the supply of appliances, worktops, fitting and flooring were all managed by her after we chose what we wanted. She provides a personal service to a very high standard. She is easy to talk to and responds quickly to queries and was very generous with her time even getting me quotes for different things so that I could have all the information I needed to make my decisions. It felt that it was as important to her that I got the kitchen I wanted as it was to me.”
