Her nurse, Elese, was also fantastic, kind, attentive, and always making sure everything was smooth and comfortable. The whole experience felt really professional and welcoming. In no time, the lovely dentist Fiona yanked that tooth out giving my friend much needed relief. Staff (including reception) were amazing, and my friend was given clear instructions on how to care for the wound. My friend managed to get sleep, finally. And the day after, there is still no pain. “I had to have six extractions , and I was having conscious sedation I was feeling quite nervous, but I was but at ease straight away the two young lady dentist that took care off me where so patient, and caring . I cannot thank them enough , I’m not afraid of the dentist I just don’t like the needle , with sedation you feel sleepy and relaxed its marvellous, I would recommend this , the staff at Cudworth dental practice from walking in you are made welcome , if I could give more stars I would . “My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”
