The booking process was very efficient & put us at ease straight away and we were also contacted on the day with all the details of who would collect us. Our flight turned out to be a nightmare, as it was delayed overnight, but nothing was too much trouble for Alliance. We knew Shehzad would have set off when we found out about the cancellation, but this was not an issue & he came for us the following morning. We couldn't imagine other taxi companies doing the same! Shehzad was fantastic, offering us bottled water & asking if we would like to stop for a break. The car was also immaculate. We will be recommending Alliance to everyone & most definitely using them again. Many thanks again for taking the stress out of our journey.”
