“I can't believe some of these reviews, For a start the telephone comunication system is not the fault of the pharmacy staff it is a fault with the store. I have NEVER had any problems at all and find all of the staff pleasant and extreemly helpful . From time to time the pharmacy is a little busy and we all feel a little frayed around the edges . Just stop and think how this must feel for the staff who are doing thier best to help everyone in difficult circumstances and some people can be very rude .A little patience and understanding goes a long way”

“Staff here have always gone above & beyond. Never had a problem. Receptionists are always helpful. Don't know why people leave negative reviews. We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day. Plus you will always get them patients that will book appointments for the most unnecessary thing which inevitably takes up slots someone else could have with a more serious problem.”
