If you need parts they will phone and discuss it. We once had to get a part which was going to be very expensive so agreed we would source the part and they would fit it but no warranty. I needed a new caliper and they stood with me for about 20minutes calling every dealer they knew, and eventually the manufacturer whereupon they managed to wrangle a reduction on the asking price for me! They organised a super speedy recovery service (about 10mins) and were so friendly and helpful throughout that I had no compunction asking several, I'm sure very stupid, questions.
