“Absolutely wonderful experience. A long wait to get here due to no fault of the staff and the first thing they did was apologise and tell me how they're trying to fix it! I didn't even ask! Everyone I spoke to was helpful, calm and just genuinely wonderfully understanding. I cannot understate how great my experience today was. I'm really thankful for all the hard work they are doing and I very much feel looked after and listened to. They have a very high level of knowledge in and around the subject of mental health and ADHD and they care. It really shows.
