She wasn’t pushy at all, like a lot of private clinics can be and she was very knowledgable. I’ve now had treatment with both of the ladies that work here Karen and Kelly. “I had my hair cut today by Ellaina. Not to be dramatic but it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I always leave salons feeling not 100% about my hair and end up chopping bits at home but here I’ve just had the best experience. She listened to everything I told her, and was very patient with me because I struggle socially (being autistic). She asked me multiple times if I was happy and I’m so glad she did because I will always say yes at first regardless, with her asking multiple times it gave me the opportunity to not try to people please haha. She gave me so much of her time and I am so grateful. Priced very reasonably as well. I’ve never found a ‘permanent’ hair salon because as I said before I always am not 100% sure about my hair but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so so much :))”
