“The delivery driver Ben could not get to my house because of emergency gas works and road closures so I spoke to Adrian (both from Depot 5 at Chandlers Ford) and between them they managed to arrange for me to meet Ben on a different drop and get my parcel on the same day. This meant I didn’t have to drive miles to the depot the next day. Adrian was fantastic on the phone and kept me updated as well as being courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Ben was so apologetic for not being able to get to my house (which was completely beyond his control) and was also kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Between them they have made my Christmas and because of them I wouldn’t hesitate to use APC again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.”
