“I've found the staff here to be absolutely amazing. Over the years I've seen a lot of the nurses and doctors and they've always been so friendly, professional and thorough whenever I see them and accommodating to any anxieties or concerns. Jo and Fiona inparticular are great. Texting through clear results has never worked for me so I have always had to call, but I've always managed to get through without holding. The wait times on busy days for the walk in can be very long but it's due to cuts to funding and staff through no fault of their own and the staff are just as frustrated as the patients so they do the best they can. Very lucky to have such a great service for free so close to home.”

“Had couple of bad experiences with dentists,so very nervous patient. Needed treatment for painful loose tooth,and saw Odessa Santos. Cannot praise her enough! She was marvellous,very gentle and caring,and explained everything before she dud it.also nurse Janine Scot,also caring and reassuring. Wish all dentists were like Odessa! Many thanks.”

“Excellent service with very good staff. I don't know how anybody could rate them 1 star. It does get busy at times and this will reflect the time you wait however, staff are courteous and helpful throughout the process. Customers need to understand that like most services, Pharmacists are often strained for staffing etc. so waiting a few minutes is not bad customer service.”

“I am currently seeing a psychologist to help me with mental health problems I am trying to overcome. I have had the same lady for the past two sessions there and she has been absolutely amazing and so very helpful to me. The whole place is spotless and the receptionist on signing in was very friendly and did make me feel calm. Just wanted pass on my positive past two experiences at the centre.
