“We used the emergency service on the weekend to say goodbye to our beloved cat. The staff were very kind, we were extremely upset but they did everything they could to make the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. We really appreciated being given an appointment time and a private quiet area to say goodbye. We were too upset to say much at the time but the care and professionalism were much appreciated.
