“Visited today to buy some new running shoes, with very little idea of what I needed as a very new runner. I was served by Andy and he was absolutely brilliant. He shared his knowledge and understanding of running to guide me to the best trainers for me. Thank goodness for Andy he certainly made my choice a lot easier and I am so very happy with my shinny new runners. If you are in the market for a new pair or additional pair of runners I would totally recommend you go to Pau and seek him out. Thanks again from a very impressed new runner.”

“first time visited, arrrived 1:50pm on Wednesday, all desserts are £5 only. the service was good and the food that we ordered were tasty. buffalo chicken wings almost charged £1 per wing. the confit belly pork, steak pie and sea baa were delicious. both crumbles and sticky toffee pudding with custard were values for money (£5 per dessert on wednesday)”
