“Phone my insurance company after the chain snapped on my motorcycle tonight (Bank Holiday weekend) and they immediately dispatched Craig out to come and recover me and my bike to my home address. Great guy and great service, loaded the bike onto the flatbed with a proper motorcycle dolly and tension straps, then had a good chat all the way home.
