“Due to being immune compromised I was referred by 111 early on a Saturday morning due to new pain seven days after molar extraction. Didn’t think I’d be able to see anyone at all but having spoken to the staff I was seen at the Dental Surgery in Castle Foregate within 25 minutes of ringing. Examined and reassured by one of the dentists and home again by 10.15 a.m. Fantastic service by 111 and the local NHS dentist service. When the system works it works!
