“This is the best Dentist we’ve ever been to. Dr Jenny Moore is wonderful as are the reception team. Unfortunately they have decided to turn their back on the NHS and I’m sure I’m not the only patient who cannot afford the prices of private treatment. I understand that this Government are determined to dismantle the NHS but where is compassion in this society where a great many of us can hardly afford to feed our families or heat our homes? I have tried to find an NHS dentist in Shrewsbury but none are accepting new patients.”

“As a very anxious patient I have no problem in recommending New Park House Dental Practice. I have been seeing Paul Godbold for many years and since the beginning he has been understanding and extremely patient with my emotional, fear induced breakdowns, once I’ve actually made it through the door! Paul is one of the few dentists I am aware of to offer sedation and it is only due to my complete trust and in him and his colleagues that I no longer have such a fear of what work I may need. I am talked through my X-rays and have complete assurance that any work I require will be done with care and respect throughout. I cannot imagine what I would do should Paul retire and I have no wish to find out! All staff at the practice are welcoming, friendly and professional and I shall continue to travel an hour each way to this excellent practice due to the excellent service they provide.”

“Due to being immune compromised I was referred by 111 early on a Saturday morning due to new pain seven days after molar extraction. Didn’t think I’d be able to see anyone at all but having spoken to the staff I was seen at the Dental Surgery in Castle Foregate within 25 minutes of ringing. Examined and reassured by one of the dentists and home again by 10.15 a.m. Fantastic service by 111 and the local NHS dentist service. When the system works it works! Thanks to everyone who gave support and help.”
