I have just finish treatment to correct a crooked smile, had a vaneer on a wonky tooth. From the first consultation, everything was explained to me regarding the treatment l would receive. “Was referred here for an extraction. I called on Monday and was offered a consultation appointment on Thursday at 5.45pm as there was a cancellation. I was surprised but pleased that they have such late appointments. Also, parking in their car park is free after 5 pm. The staff were really friendly and welcoming throughout. The dentist talked me through everything and answered questions about my teeth. He gave great advice and said he would write to my dentist with recommendations. I got another cancellation and was able to book my extraction for 11 am, the next day. The dentist and nurse were fantastic again, explaining and talking me through everything they did. The extraction was straightforward and didn't take long. The nurse then talked me through the aftercare and answered all my questions. I can not recommend the service at the dental hospital more highly. Thank you to all concerned.”

“Went today for a tooth extraction, had the best experience ever .Michelle put me at ease as I was extremely nervous, as the last time I’d had extractions it was my wisdoms at the Alex and that wasn’t a good experience. I didn’t even feel the local anaesthetic being injected , it was all over in minutes . Then later on she gave my daughter her check up and my daughter has special needs and is very frightened of the chair but again Michelle was very comforting and made it a good experience for my daughter . She’s a credit to Redhouse :)”

“Been in pain with a rotting tooth for nearly 2 years after failed attempts with my own dentist, apparently my own dentist kept saying it was put through as an emergency extraction when it doesn't take 2 years to hear back so I was fobbed off with my own dentist. I phoned 111 on the Wednesday and got an appointment here on the Friday, that same Friday I was in and out and had my wisdom tooth what was rotting for 2 years out within 35mins. Absolutely brilliant service, friendly staff. Couldn't recommend enough. Credit to the NHS. I can't wait to start getting a proper night sleep and enjoying food again with no more pain. It is easy to get an appointment, and you are told that cancellations will be charged if there is less than 48 hrs notice. Mal, the receptionist, is very polite and professional, and also makes the effort to talk to patients in the waiting area - I always enjoyed our conversations. The dentist and dental nurses are kind, gentle, and informative. Sadly, we recently moved away from the area and can no longer attend this practice - I wish more dental practices were like Perry Park Dental.”
