“My daughters and I came for ear piercings yesterday; daughters had lobes, I had rook. Liv was lovely; friendly and chatty, putting us at ease. Piercings were done quickly and with very little discomfort. She even gave us lollypops - me because I was feeling a bit woozy (no breakfast, so entirely my fault!) and the girls for being brave.
