“This place is amazing, full stop. Absolutely wonderful, chatty staff who make you feel right at home. As someone who has little to no experience with piercings I felt really welcome, unstressed and calm. I got both my eyebrows done here and both times I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable! I've also been here to support my friend on his consultations in which they gave great rundown and history of piercings we were interested in. I also love that they make suggestions!! Makes me wish I had more will for piercings.. oh well, perhaps one day! I've seen a few people scared off by the price but if you're in that position and reading this, trust me. “Where do I start lol....went in for a tragus piercing (both ears) don't know why I was being so brave, my healing process is always bad and slow! I called leti to tell her that my piercing wasn't healing and I was in alot of pain, leti asked me to come in so she could have a look. After visiting the studio leti recommended hydrocortisone to help with the healing and with no improvement after 2 months leti asked me to come in again so she could change the piercing bars to longer ones as both ears were badly swollen. Leti was so calm and patient with me as I was in alot of pain when changing the bar, it took over an hour for both studs to come out and replace. Leti didn't charge me for this service and she gave me her undivided attention and the lovely lady who also works at the studio came over for moral support!! I would 100% recommend leti as she offers after care and she genuinely cares for each and every customer, she goes above and beyond and isn't just interested in your money. Highly highly recommend xx thanks so much leti for your amazing service keep up the hard work!!!!”
