“Had a fantastic day at this Spa. My wife and I were both booked in for a spa day with treatments. The ladies who dealt with us were Amazing!!! I had Demi and she was absolutely outstanding, very friendly, listened to my needs and was caring throughout my treatment!! I would recommend having treatments with her again to anybody!! The rest of the facilities were good and keep clean throughout our visit by the friend cleaning team!!! Highly recommended!!!”

“I always get my nails done here and every single time I come out extremely happy. The staff are polite and happy, always checking to make sure you like the nails. The prices are good. My nails used to split and break really bad until it was suggested to try builder gel. I have now been having builder gel on my nails for around a year and they have never once broken or split. Very happy with the service and highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their nails done!”

Hayleigh did my hair and I couldn’t fault her, she did it exactly how I wanted it and I love it!. Such a lovely colour and the amount of comments I have had about it is crazy. “Needed hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there again”

“Absolutely superb 4 day break at Alvaston Hall this week. The entertainments team were the very best I’ve seen at any of the Warner hotels. They work so hard not only on stage which was amazing but also all around the hotel keeping everyone entertained during the day. I wish them all well in the future, keep up the good work. To summarise , the room was clean and comfortable, food was very good, and the entertainment was second to none. We will definitely be back!!”

“We were looking for a base for visits to Alton Towers and Chester Zoo and this was perfect. The whole family adored the place. Lovely, clean and spacious. The back garden was a real bonus (I think only one cottage has a garden from what I could see so I’d recommend booking that one if you can). There’s a gas BBQ and chiminea in the garden, which we made use of. The wi-fi connection was very poor. There were occasions when we were watching Netflix on the TV when it simply wouldn’t connect. We had the same issue trying to connect iPads and phones. Even when they did connect, the signal was on one bar. We ended up using mobile data and creating hotspots for the kids to connect to. Not ideal and not really a problem. Certainly not something I’d mark the place down for as it was brilliant and the owners were lovely. Highly recommended!”
