“My 3 girls all attend Rooftops and it's brilliant.We have been part of rooftops since they first opened in leek .My girls attend a variety of classes from singing ,ballet and performing arts .The owner and her family are so welcoming and my girls feel like part of the family .One of the main things that I like is that the children that attend are so supportive to each other .My girls have all made new friends since starting .I've also recommended to my friends and they have since joined”

“Leek is a great town, and offers a more relaxed approach shopping that retail parks don't have, with an even greater choice of shops and cafes for you to visit. On this visit we went into the local library, and what a really nice surprise it gave us. Not only is the building a fantastic example of architecture long forgotten, but it also housed some great little surprises. It has a library, a small museum, a bit of an art gallery, and a small gift shop, the gift shop having some great bargains. This really is a place that anyone visiting needs to see, to which I'm sure you'll love what you see.”

“Nick took me and a friend on a trad climbing learn to lead course last weekend, we had an awesome time. The course was focussed on learning different principles and systems we could apply for gear placement, anchors and problem solving to apply in a wide range of situations and make our own assessment of safety/risk.”

“I had a wonderful day at Tittesworth visitor centre while my husband took part in an ultra marathon. The center was well-organized with very friendly staff. The food was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. There was ample parking and great accessibility for wheelchair users. The disabled toilet was a bit challenging to access due to the door, but it was clean. There were plenty of disabled parking spots close to the main paths. The paths around the lake were great for those with strollers and wheelchairs. They also offer trampers for hire if you want to relax and enjoy the stunning views.”

“The team at the Maude Institute stepped in when the Leek Jubilee Party in the Park was cancelled due to the weather. The venue and staff worked tirelessly to help pull off a memorable day! Amazing volunteers, great venue, fabulous music from Hunter, The Sixties Survivors, White Knuckle Ride, Unlucky Strike and a wonderful chance to meet old friends from Hunter, Demon and Climax Blues Band.”

“Attended the 3 day beginners painting course, the setting is absolutely beautiful, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, putting you at ease from the moment you enter. The food is amazing, everyone was very impressed. The course itself gave us the opportunity to try a variety of media and a range of different brands to see the difference. It's a good solid foundation for anyone starting out and left me wanting to go home and do more. I will definitely be booking more courses at Bullclough.”

“Just finished my 12 of 12 one to ones. Absolute praise for Natasha. Absolute convert to Pilates. Natasha has seen me through, giving me some tough moves but we have got to the point where I am much more mobile and feeling able to do everything I can again. I shall go back for a refresher in the winter but for now I am on my own doing my stretches daily. Fabulous work Natasha you certainly know your stuff! Thank you thank you”

“This is far the best park we've taken our 3 year old grandson to , it's absolutely lovely & we can't fault it , so much to do. Can't wait to take him again & to add take a picnic along too ... Definitely be spending more time on our next visit . There is a swimming pool on site & roller skating also ... shame all parks are not to this standard .”
