I had a rotator issue that Ross fixed within 45 minutes. Just to add I had seen 3 other therapist before Ross that could not troubleshoot the problem. Not only did Ross fix me but also set me up with stretches and aftercare. He was very hands on attempting to fix my problems right away after asking me some very detailed questions. He seemed to understand my issues right away. What also sets Ross, apart from other therapist I have seen is his ability to communicate on my level, let me know so I can understand my issues.
