   It's a decent pizza. Better than pizza gogo, their pizza is wet like a mattress dipped in milk. This pizza is nice and they're generous with size and toppings.

   Planet Pizza is by far the best Pizza I have had and it never fails. So consistently excellent their deep pan pizza is fluffy and pillowy whilst having a crisp bottom and outer crust. Super fresh ingredients and their flavour combinations are excellent

   Very unprofessional, been ordering for over 3 years before I realised that I’ve been overcharged for my last few orders. They didn’t inform me about the price increase as well as charging me £1 on top for an extra topping which I never paid for before! And when it comes to the payment, the guy waved the card terminal in the opposite direction in which you can’t see how much you’re being charged. Only realised I’ve been overcharged when I went back home. Extremely disappointed..

   Raw uncooked Pizza. Brought 6 Pizza’s last night and 3 were undercooked. Had a family gathering and 5 people sick in the morning. Called and even went back in and manager Faizi has terrible customer service and was touching the food and proding it saying everywhere sells its pizza’s with uncooked dough even “PIZZA HUT”. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

   Ordered at 2am where most places sell leftovers or not the best quality. The pizza was really good the dough was tasty I ordered with less cheese and generous toppings. Customer service was great too very friendly. £7 for a medium pizza on collection. The taste was 10/10

   I love their thin crust pizza, the tomato sauce used for the base is ADDICTIVE! Absolutely delicious and food is always well done, hot and delivered earlier than suggested. The only downside it was that several times new staff didn't understand very well English and got bits and pieces wrong but despite that they added free sides on our next order as I gesture of goodwill. Now staff taking calls seems to have improved, fingers crossed will stay like this!
