I ordered the souther fried chicken burger with chips. It did take a while to be ready however it was hot and the chicken was cooked, however the bottom of the bun was starting to mussy. The chips was also hot but not they well seasoned. Overall it was alright. Not something I wouldn’t eat often but also something I wouldn’t mind having again
I had the chicken burger meal, can't fault it. Burger was amazing and well assembled, Fries were good too, crunchy & soft inside. Great customer service from the guy who served us.plenty of seating area.would recommend!
Man taking the order over the phone heard me wrong, when the meals came and I called to ask why my other meal isn’t here he spoke to me with total disrespect and put the phone down on me and I was polite at all times. Will never order from here again!!! As I cannot reply to your reply, I can say for anyone reading that I DID NOT order from spitfire castle vale, I ordered from yourselves SPITFRYER CASTLE BROMWICH. So my review still stands! Please don’t try and pass the book to another company - that’s unprofessional and unfair.
BEWARE DO NOT ORDER Just ordered from here and I specifically asked them to keep my pizza hot , my pizza , then arrived barely warm and in the same bag as a COLD water bottle . Therefore cooling the pizza down AND warming my water up to ruin both items. I then phoned them only for the person on the phone to say “that’s as hot as we can make it” EVEN THO THEY PUT A COLD DRINK WHERE THE HOT FOOD SHOULD BE!!! My first and last time ordering from here! Pity as the food looks like it would be nice if it was hot
Spit fire is a nice Take way with.... Takeout facilities... It's located in a nice place with parking facilities... Beautiful & Quite Place... I tried Lamb donner and fillet burger which are amazing... I loved the food and there services as well... Hope that others will like it.. .. ❤️❤️❤️ I spent a quality time here
Local place to me whilst at work. Thought I’d try it as it’ll be quick in delivery and food will be hot and fresh. The food wasn’t really hot and it didn’t feel fresh. A lot of condensation on the packaging as well as the food. Fries were not nice at all, barely edible. It’s like eating microwaved fries same with the food really. Didn’t like a single bit of the mixed grill. Complete waste of money and to top it off it made me sick after eating some of it and it carried on till the morning. Definitely not ordering from here again.
I don’t normally bother to write reviews, but after this evenings experience, I felt I had to as Spit Fryer have made my day! I ordered via Just Eat, and wrote a little note in the order (as I always do for the personal touch), saying how much I was looking forward to my meal after an awful day. The order arrived really quickly, and I was greeted at the door by a very polite gentleman, something you don’t always get with delivery drivers. I unwrapped my food, and it was all fresh and hot, and all good quality and good value. They had also included complementary dips. But on top of all of this, when I unwrapped my chocolate cake I found a note on the packet. It was handwritten, and said they were sorry that I’d had a bad day, but they really hoped their food would improve it, and that they had included an ice cream to make my day better. They also offered that they are always there if I need them for a chat, that they’re sending me their love and they’re here for me. It brought a tear to my eye. I have never received such phenomenal customer service from a restaurant, so kind and caring, and honestly just made me feel so much better. It’s nice to know people care, and are passionate about what they do. I can’t thank this store enough and look forward to ordering from them in the future. I will be contacting Just Eat to make it clear how amazing this store has been to me, they deserve all the recognition they can get. Thank you so much Spit Fryer and your team, you are all wonderful and I look forward to the next order I place with you! :)
Can only rate 2. Went here spur of the moment. Ordered my food. Floor and walls seemed dirty. Then a customer came in with a box of chicken complaining it wasn't cooked. They replaced her item but only offered a can of pop as compensation? Wondered what I'd let myself in for but there was no worry as the popcorn chicken was overdone. Pizza was fresh, average, never blew me away. One toilet and out of order.
