Stopped into Walk Italian near Lime Street and honestly had a brilliant experience. The food was spot on, but what really made the visit stand out was the service. John in particular was fantastic. He was warm, patient and genuinely helpful without ever feeling over the top. You could tell he actually cared about people having a good time. Little things like checking in at the right moments and offering thoughtful suggestions made a real difference. All in all, a lovely place made even better by great staff. Would happily go back.

Visited Ask Saturday 20th Sep. Food was lovely. Special mention to Kayleigh who looked after us. Fantastic staff member who made sure all our requirements were met, a credit to the team

Came here for lunch, wish I hadn’t. My tagliatelle was chewy enough to qualify as a gym workout, and tasted like someone forgot the salt, the sauce, and the concept of flavour. My wife’s risotto con funghi was slightly better, but still cold, which I guess is nice if you like your lunch fridge-fresh. Staff were friendly, but sadly friendliness doesn’t make up for £40 worth of disappointment.

Visited here Sunday lunch time and wasn't too busy. John was our waiter. He was fabulous throughout delivering five star service. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter has a gluten intolerance and this was well catered for. The food came quickly and was so nice. Thoroughly enjoyable ❤️

Had a great pre-theatre meal here last week. Restaurant was really busy and staff were working as hard as they could to meet the demand. We were really well looked after and impressed with the service even when the restaurant was as busy as it was.

Had a nice lunch here at the weekend. It's pretty quiet around 2-3 on a Saturday. We shared a pizza, some burrata, calamari and zucchini fritti. The Primavera Forever pizza was really tasty, and it worked very well to dip the stonebaked crusts into the pesto dip with it. We took the leftover pizza home as it was so nice. Burrata was nice enough, but it looked a bit sad on the plate and could have been perked up with fresh basil or a crostini. The zucchini was fine for nibbles, but as a side, I would have liked to see more substantial chunks of courgette rather than small bits. I'm afraid that the calamari was pretty bad. It was just tasteless and chewy to the point of being difficult to eat. There was no lemon served with with it. I had a strawberry mocktail which was very nice and not too sweet. I was also happy that they brought plenty of cold tap water to the table. Service was good and we had a friendly server. I would eat here again, I just wouldn't have the calamari! As far as chain Italians go, it's pretty pricey but had some nice options. Pizza is always a safe bet.

We had a great meal here last night, everything was delicious except for the bruscetta starter which was a little stale and tasteless. The service was fast and our waiter was very friendly. The only other thing I found surprising was that the two main pasta dishes were still full price (£15) despite us asking for the meat to be removed from them. I'd have expected them to be slightly less due to them being made vegetarian - but this is just a thought and maybe I'm wrong.
