   After a long business trip - we decided to stop at Olivias Kitchen. Unfortunately we regretted it. A number of issues popped up. Firstly the heating. It was a cold, when it could have been cosy. They also charged full price for a breakfast that was missing items - we asked for brown bread but were given white, no avo and no eggs were given but still charged full price . The prawn wrap had very little prawn in it. The customer service was abysmal. It’s important to smile, welcome and greet your customers. If you can’t do that, you can’t run a cafe. TLDR: Go somewhere else if you want to have a nice time.

   What a fantastic little find, and to think I nearly turned around at the Hill to run away from the chip shop(!) From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with a smile to the moment I left, the service was impeccable. Now, sat at my desk, eating my Poku bowl, I am the envy of my colleagues . "Oh that smells amazing" they say - It tastes amazing too(!) If you are stuck for what to eat, take yourself off to Olivias. Thank you - If only you were open on Wednesday.. :)

   I had 2 prawn wraps Inside each prawn wrap were 3 prawns nothing else..it was dry ..no salad no sauces Although they should have came with lemon and herb..there was no flavour..my sweet potato chips were tasty but cold

   I pass through Coleshill once a week and it has become my weekly treat. Not just the excellent choice and quality, but the staff are an absolute joy. They love their products and that makes the difference. I've not met a single staff member who wasn't outstanding. Very happy for this independent business to keep me away from the big chains.
