    Food nearly 1 hour late after given an estimated delivery time of 50 mins, and was cold. Inedible. Come on guys you used to be do good at this. Some of your drivers come to the door on phones talking to mates and couldnt care less. A few weeks back, loads of the meal had fallen in the bag as not packed properly in the vehicle as well. Such poor service these last 6 months on and off. Please improve customer service on the phone, very unprofessional.

    Completely unprofessional business. 3 times now they have just randomly cancelled my order after 20-30 minutes of waiting for it to be delivered. Yesterday ordered at 20.45 and they close at 11pm. Half hour later food hasn’t arrived and the order gets cancelled. Lazy, rude and lacking quality.

    I wish I could take stars away. Never have I ever eaten a Chinese like this. The sweet and sour was so watery, the chicken was cut up chicken balls from the previous day and scratched my throat, egg fried rice was terrible. I will never use these again. The Chinese 4 doors down is much better

    Food was disgusting ,dripping in grease. Had a full refund of uber. Never again. Supposed to be a gravy with the meal.looked like black bean sauce .scraggy chips as well.

    Many chinese restaurants in the area, we have tried them all and were always disappointed. We finally found one that we are happy with, it’s clean in there and lovely staff as well as the best chinese food in the area for sure!
