   We had a lovely experience at Ombre Grill & Lounge. Customer service was excellent throughout our visit and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We had booked in advance, so we were seated straight away when we arrived, which was really convenient. There’s a great variety of dishes on the menu, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Our food was served quite quickly and was presented very nicely. I ordered the loaded chicken parmesan, which was decent overall, but the cheese was a little rubbery, which let it down slightly for me. The restaurant itself has a welcoming atmosphere, is very family friendly, and works well for large groups and special occasions. Overall, a really good dining experience and definitely worth a visit!

   Firstly, the service we received was excellent. The waiter took the time to explain the options available. We ordered a Tawa for 2 & it was just the right size & mix of food. The food was flavoursome & tasty. We will definitely be going back at some stage.

   Great venue, ambience and food! We decided on this venue to celebrate a birthday! The building is deceptively huge with ample seating spaces. We were in a heated area. The seating was also private and enclosed which was nice. Food was really good. Raj is a brilliant waiter who goes above and beyond. Thank you!

   Went out with the family, amazing restaurant overall. Food was great, sweet and spicy where it needed to be and cooked to perfection. Staff were amazing and engaging as well, offering their superstandard service wherever they could. The atmosphere connects all this together and tops it off, great vibe with montages of the Ombre restaurant playing in the background. Absolutely great! Will definitely come back here, even if it was a 4hr drive.

   Their platter was good and the naans But otherwise its similar to Turkish restaurant. We prefer a bit more punch in flavours but not the bad quality Parking available right upfront Clean and tidy toilets Customer service could have been better- in terms of looking after customers If you are after photo shoots- this will be one heck of a place for that. They could improve the quality of the food - bit of flavours. Some foods were bit dry (especially the chicken wings)

   Came here to treat the wife as part of her birthday celebration after bring recommended by a friend and we both had a really good experience! The food was really tasty. I ordered the kebabish with fries and my wife had lamb karahi with rice. The dishes were full of flavour and priced very good. We also enjoyed the shisha experience. We tried the Irn Bru with lemon and mint flavour after Faze (staff) recommended and it was spot on after the nice meal. The staff were really friendly and looked after us and made the experience a 10/10. When the staff found out it was my wife’s birthday they treated her to delicious waffle and it was bought out with bhangra dhol played by Faze. Thank you so much for the experience and we will be coming back soon!

   It looks like a lot of thought and work has gone into the decor during its recent renovation and the results are excellent. The staff were pleasant and attentive and the food arrived in good time and tasted great. No alcohol is served here but that didn't detract from the experience. We will be going back to try something else on their menu.
